For the first time in as long as I can remember, I felt good about leaving and trusting a shop with my truck. I'm extremely hesitant about who works on my truck, as I prefer to do most work myself. I've been screwed over way too many times. My experience here was the best I've ever had with any shop, ever. Went to fast lane and the customer service was amazing. The prices are reasonable and well worth the piece of mind, knowing Ford themselves are taking care you. They didn't pressure me into any other services. Great communication. Couldn't be happier. My truck is very happy as well. If I ever need a truck or future service, this is now my definite go to.
