Love it! Even though I booked through hotwire, I was treated as if I were staying on the 18th floor! Lol....Check in went smooth even though Apple was being trained, and Vince and Katie are AWESOME too!!!! Would recommend all of my friends and family to stay at the Hyatt downtown at the arch!!!
