WARNING don t leave sunglasses out. !!!!! I have stayed here several times for business work, the front desk people are very nice, how ever inside the hotel is deceiving, bar tenders cooks are very rude and sing songs for tips and make you feel very uncomfortable, beware of this hotel. Aside all the rude and awkwardness by the employees, my sunglasses were left in my room due to the change of flights we were in a hurry. and I called to let them know we were at the airport no one returned my calls, and finally asked to speak to a manager and she said they didn t find any !!!!!!! Unbelievable, don t trust this hotel with your personal things. Very sad ! I had spent over 2500.00 between both stays. So at the end I m out sunglasss that we re over 400.00 dollars and before this happen I was over it. I wanted to check out by the second night. I should have I would have my glasses still! Never again ! Stoney Creek and Paradise will get my future stays and money. Beware of this hotel.
