This property company simply does not care about tenants. All the bad reviews are hurting them already, but this still does not raise an alarm for them. One common voice is how incompetent and unresponsive the staff are. As far as I am aware of, they hire the min number of staff members at a property. For a apartment complex that have 300+ units, 2 people in the leasing office plus 1 maintenance staff is clearly not a viable solution, do your math please.
