It is a nightmare. They didn't submit our GAP insurance even we paid for it. Now after 8 weeks they are absolutely ignoring us. We lost thousands of pounds and we need to go to ombudsman. They gave us replacement car but after month of fights for it.
Customer service is awful. Our salesperson was Turab we were promised a lot but now he is avoiding us. With our case was dealing Matthew- manager but his emphaty is 0. I spend hours on the phone trying to get some info about next steps etc. As much as it this their huge mistake and we are the victims they are treating us like the worst sort of needy people.
Head office is the same. We made the complaint but they are just avoiding us.
They are well known for ombudsman and our case is not first.. they have huge problems because of ther misleading sales.
