One word: Sleazy. They switched out the cars that we had test drove vs the dud on the lot. Apparently the dud had a dead battery...but even if they had just charged the battery enough to pull it around, the new car should've started again, right? I can't believe they were shady enough to even do that sort of thing. We discussed that we did not want the other car on the lot since the battery issue was already brought up.
They thought they could slyly pull both cars into the back without us knowing. We watched quietly as they pulled the other car to the back, and just park it in the 'Authorized Personnel' area. I was in disbelief that they were trying to pull something like this! When the car wouldn't start, I asked the sales guy if this was in fact the 2 week older car; he says "I'll check on that" (as if he didn't know). We walked away and he didn't even have the integrity to confirm with me if it was in fact the other car. Lesson: Take a picture of the car VIN# and test again before you sign any paperwork.
Also, the 5-star reviews seem bogus. Many of them barely have a sentence written.
