We had Peter come consult with us in our own home at a time that suited us as a family. We found Peter to be approachable, friendly, honest and knowledgable. He was honest in the fact he went through all the products available alongside Wills (e.g. Power of Attorney etc) but at NO point did he hardsell any of them, he was honest and saw we are a young couple with only a need for a basic Will at present. But we appreciate knowing as we get older there are the services available for us to add on if/when needed. We appreciate there was the option to pay a small monthly fee for storage and unlimited adjustments to the Will rather than having to pay for that service in a large bulk sum. We were a little slow on getting our Wills signed/witnessed and returned due to a busy lifestyle but E.L.M weren't pushy or threatening and simply sent a couple letters offering further support and information. We have now signed/witnessed and are all legal and covered. Feels a relief. Price of the mirrored Will I found to be EXTREMELY competitive considering it was a home consultation we received.
