We came in to get our warranty oil change. We also needed new wiper blades and needed a replacement part for the rear right side door that has broken tabs. We were there from 2pm until 3:30 before we received our car. We then found out, they had NOT replaced the wiper blades OR even checked the broken handle part, only because we asked about these parts when we were finalizing the paper work. In the past 25 years, we have purchased several vehicles from Withnell, but after such poor service today, this may be our last.
