I reviewed Angard a few months ago when a woman dealt with Chelmsford Royal Mail.
She would mock my son for not being able to speak on the phone and be patronising and dismissive. Her behaviour was disgusting. When I asked her name she would hang up the phone.
To be fair I m reviewing again as Terry Davis is such a lovely kind professional man. Angard should have read reviews and dealt with complaints far sooner.
Terry has completely changed how my son and myself see Angard and as my son loves Royal Mail work Terry listens to him (and it appears others) to accommodate him.
5 stars for Terry for being professional, helpful, thoughtful and understanding.
Angard.. please don t recruit people who behave appallingly to people who struggle or need support!!
