Came into Park Plaza Hotel in Victoria today for the Magic Circle dealer day. The hotel itself was lovely with everything being maintained tidy, clean and presentable hall, toilet and atmosphere wise.

The highlight of the visit from the hotel side of things was the lovely young lady Charlyn from the cloakroom. She was incredibly reliable when it came to having someone I could trust to look after my belongings while I was in the hall, always did her best for me and nothing seemed to feel like too much trouble for her as she went over above the extra mile for me.

Charlyn super patient, humble and down to earth in nature I felt - something which I was very grateful for.
