Review of Novotel Maastricht

Once or twice a year we look for a hotel that suit...

Once or twice a year we look for a hotel that suits us, you are in the hotel for a large part of the day, so we do not make concessions.
Due to corona (quarantine policy) this x opted for a hotel located in the Netherlands, Novotel Maastricht was the one. (close to Belgium and Germany)
My first impression was good, everything was handled according to the corona rules, which of course did not benefit our stay (but we were already aware of that), the room was equipped with the standard equipment, air conditioning, heating, bath, tv etc.
I think the air conditioning was defective but was also not necessary (December month ;-))
The breakfast was adjusted due to the corona policy (take out) and must say that this was very sparse. It consisted of a cheese sandwich, a meat sandwich, a tub of butter, a small donut and a mini chocolate roll. There were also some pieces of fruit and a cup of apple juice and this could have been a bit more extensive through choices in advance *
I found 8 per day in parking costs and 5.20 for 2 cups of coffee machine to be excessive **
