We booked for a valley view room and this room was not supplied, when we addressed it with the staff we were told that they were booked out as it was school hoildays and peak season and basically bad luck.
You would think if you booked a room and that booking could not be fulfilled for what ever reason you would be notified prior to your stay or at the very latest at check in neither was done.
