As a Marine Veteran of Foreign Wars, honor still means something to me. So, after three disappointing experiences in a row with the Velde dealership in Pekin, I have ended that 25 year relationship and switched to Mike Murphy Ford in Morton for ALL my vehicle needs. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel like they value having my family as a customer and go that extra mile to make sure our needs are being met in a timely manner. Special thanks to Dan McGrail for finding me a reliable work vehicle at a price I can afford and Bill who oversees the Parts Department for fixing the unresolved Velde issues. All is good and would give this dealership 10 stars if that was option. :)
