I recently had been referred to PlanetCom I.T. for my computer issues, running extremely slow and not charging properly. Dealing with Barry who was very helpful, explaining what PlanetCom could check to see if the laptop was worth spending money for the repair. I am pleased to say with Barry's persistence in finding the issues and recommending solutions my computer is now running better than it ever has after five years of continued use.
