We were nervous to start the house buying process. We heard the process was long and strenuous but working with Jason was extremely easy! He is known for explaining every step of the process as many times as his client needs. We felt a bit dumb and inexperienced talking to him the first time but by the time we bought a house we felt like "experts" thanks to him and the time he gave to us in-person and over the phone explaining everything step-by-step.

The closing process was quick and thorough and we felt like we could trust him and his team every step of the way. Jason worked hand-in-hand with our real estate group (Keller-Williams' Awaka Group, Dalton LaFrance as our agent). This was convenient for us, and Jason was able to provide us very quick updates to our projected mortgage numbers (principle, interest, monthly payments, etc) for each new property we were interested in. We will recommend him to any friend of ours looking for a lender.
