The staff has always been excellent, which leads me to suspect that their instruction and fitting services are also good. Driving range is better than most. However, the courses and amenities are below expectations for the area, especially considering the premium you are paying for the honor of playing a tour event course. The Champions course generally seems to be in acceptable shape. But each time I have played their other courses, there have been multiple greens in rough shape. There appears to be more drainage issues than I typically see around here, but the fairways and tee boxes are otherwise fine. Score cards and hole markers do not include aerial maps of the holes. Functional in-cart GPS is also hit and miss. So grab/buy? a yardage book in the proshop or find an app with the layout as there are many blind hazards and unique layouts. No drink cart to be found during my last round and sometimes you will only get one shot at the cart, so when you can get drinks, load up and expect to pay slightly less than double what you would pay elsewhere. Bottom line, if you must, play Champions for the experience, maybe another to get you to question why you did, but know there are likely better golf experiences out there for much less.
