Breakdown of my 10 ish months at Rochester health ...

Breakdown of my 10 ish months at Rochester health club. Min 3 times a week.
Very Expensive trial, joining fee and monthly fee for 2 people.
Large amount of weights and equipment but lots gets broken due to people messing around. Lots of weights left on bars and equipment , sometimes up to 7, 20kg plates a side on a bar so need to remove 280kg in order to set up a rack to use it. Leg press and shrug machine left with 50kg plates on so unusable for some people. Or need to mess about with a 50kg solid plate to use them.
Management does nothing about this and expect staff to tidy away. Get through staff quickly as treat them awful.
Male staff walk into female changing rooms regularly dispite women getting changed or in the shower.
Very rare for many dumbbells to be on the racks, never in order so takes ages to find the weight you want. Usually all of them spread accross the floor.

Weekends when children are allowed in the pool you get lots of children in the pool, jaccuzi, saunas and steam rooms. And older boys in the women's changing room that look at you when changing. There Mum or Nan will use the private part of the changing room.
Lots of weights been thrown around and not used properly. So equiptment gets regulary damaged. People shouting and swearing do not get told to quiet down or use equipment properly they just get left to it.
Got started on by an eastern European in the changing rooms once.
Got jumped by another eastern European and management was no help.

Amazing how you can respond to this but manage to ignore all of my phone calls and email. Perhaps it is because you owe me money? Also as for having conversations with management highly rating the club, i pointed out to management that equiptment was getting broken, weights getting left out all over the place so a trip hazard and hinderance to workout and pointed out your air con is not working and is so hot to the point of throwing up and nearly passing out, and management did nothing about this. So no, i didnt highly rate your club.
Money has gone into the boxing area air con but not the main gym air con.
