So after just over 5 years of making payments of my vehicle to this company, I finally paid off my vehicle. After I paid off my balance they still charged me an additional monthly payment, I contacted them and realized the stop payment hadn't gone through to my bank. They said they would cut me a check, cut to a week later and I get a phone call saying they didn't realize they had run out of checks and I would need to wait until they got more. Typical company that requires ontime payments to them but when it comes to customers getting their money back they sit on their hands.
