Gary Wilson provided me with excellent and honest customer service! Customer service is RARE with car dealerships these days, but with BMW mountain view I'd gladly take my car back in for service. I spoke face to face with Gary about my car problems. He said, leave your car with me for a few days and we will get you taken care of. Gary provided me with a loaner while they investigated my car and solved my problems. My car is running great.
