I also have reached out to customer service. No one answers the phone on any attention. I wanted to inform them that they needed to clean out the water supply lines used in producing their sweet tea product. The last 3 gallons I've purchased over the last week have all had a slime sediment in the bottom. All 3 gallons had 10 days left on the shelf life. Either Milos is redating old product or the water supply has built up slime that is getting into the mixture.
