THE GOOD:

THE GOOD:

Hotel staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful - truly exemplary service.
Beautiful art deco lobby and very cool old-school elevators.
Close to the Inner Harbor.
Coffee shop pastries were, according to my daughter, outstanding.

THE BAD:
We were placed in a room which adjoined another; the walls were very thin. The people in the next room were speaking in normal conversational tones and we could hear every word. (To their credit, the hotel rectified this immediately by giving us another room with no adjoiners.)
In this same room, the phone did not work.
Sleep number beds did not work.

THE UGLY:
The bathrooms - in the first, I killed a cockroach. The second had no wildlife, thankfully, but both bathrooms were not cleaned very thoroughly. Truly, truly repulsive.

Maintenance and housekeeping were atrocious, which is really too bad because it is otherwise a beautiful old hotel. We definitely will not be back.
