The good:

* lunch at seafire restaurant
* rooms in both facilities and services
* the service from the staff: there are very professional people in their work
*daily activities

The bad:
* the reception: they changed our room 3 times, because it was not the one we paid for, it stank of water, etc.
* dirty furniture in the lobby and in the pool area (this is incredible)
* Dirty beach, they don't collect the garbage thrown away by the hotel tourists themselves (cigarette butts for example)
* They do not value national tourism when it is holiday season in the USA
* "tips included" but if you do not give good tips in general they do not serve you the same
