C-Square Overall experience : We are using pharmassist ,liveorder and live connect many of software and add on from C-square and their intensive work on software also shows their hard work
Here are some positive things about C-square
1.They have tight grip on pharma base customer specially in south region.
2.Their software offers lots of pharma related function which are very easy to use and anyone can understand that
3.The software GUI and friendly working modules allow user to perform its task so easily
Some problems which we have notices
1.Service and support are not as per expectation.Every time they release updates with lots of error in existing working modules .
2.Problem resolution not per time bound manner if we ask for issue it almost takes more than 1-2 month for proper solution here we are talking about issue which occurs after updates and which was working fine previously
3.If we ask for any new requirement and any new additional function for our convenience it certainly very hard to execute if the consider it then it take not less then year for that requirement execution.
Due to service and technology enactment and new things lack in software i would give 3.5 star to C-square team .I hope in next review i can give 5 star if your service and response and resolution of issue or requirement reduce overall time
