The other night I was catching up with some friend...

The other night I was catching up with some friends for dinner. We arrived approx 6:30pm. Settled in for a few drinks then waited at the bar to order food. We queued for 20 minutes watched every other patron to get served before they finally told us that you have to order food at the bistro. This is despite seeing several people in front of us order food at the main bar. The customer service was horrible and the food was ridiculously over priced for what was essentially pub grub.
