The zoo is absolutely wonderful!

The zoo is absolutely wonderful!
Unfortunately, the guest services, specifically under management of Robert, are absolutely horrible. He makes women and children wait in line in the heat, while more comfortable front area is empty.
No effort was made to let people wait in the shaded area upfront (keeping 6 feet apart of-course). Robert is absolutely unfit for the job as he s lacking customer service skills and doesn t understand the basic needs of his main customers...
