Our onsite property manager, Kenneth Hair, is simply fantastic. As a homeowner and a Board member for over 15 years, I know how important this thankless position is to the HOA. I was on the Board prior to Kenneth's arrival and I can say that a professional property manager, which describes Kenneth to a tee, is something an HOA of our size really needs. We are lucky to have him and to have kept him over the time I have been on the Board.
