Terrible terrible communication! It is impossible...

Terrible terrible communication! It is impossible to talk to anyone at Carpenters and emails are left unanswered, I can't help but feel my case has dragged on unnecessarily due to Carpenters lack of diligence in keeping files and communication up to date. 14 months so far even though the other driver has admitted liability.

*UPDATE - Carpenters has responded to my post asking me to contact them. I have emailed Client Feedback on a few occasions and have not received a response to my emails. In two of these I requested a copy of the complaints procedure by return email - and of course have heard nothing back.
