Excellent ambience and cuisine. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a special venue. I had the pleasure of tasting their special birthday menu which was divine. Each dish was served within perfect time sequence and was thoroughly explained by the staff. The staff came across as friendly yet professional. The meal itself was nothing short of excellent and it was refreshing to see the use of ingredients in unconventional ways such as slow roasted beetroot disguised as thinly sliced crispy shards delicately placed on the plate. The restaurant is nestled in amongst the buildings of CHIJMES so it may be a little tricky to find but it is brilliantly furnished out in luxe decor which adds to the experience.
