Very professional specialist service. My experience with Blue whale spa has been excellent throughout. I had very little knowledge of hot tubs but the salesman listened to my expectations and gave excellent advice to help me choose the right tub for me with absolutely no pressure or hurry. When the delivery men turned up it was dark and raining but they didn't complain, just installed the tub and took their time to explain how to operate and care for the tub, very polite. Excellent service, Highly recommended.
