Tonya that works the front, was SO sweet and friendly!! We adore her!! She s an asset to the hotel. We got our truck stolen out of the parking lot 2 days into our stay. The manager was not very concerned. He could have at least given us a night or two for free but nothing was offered. There was not even a camera on the side where we parked. A person at least expects better security at a fine hotel, but NEVER again will we stay there.
