OMG!!! I thought I was the only person having trouble with this sucky company, but I guess not! ever since they bought out my previous mortgage company I've had nothing but problems! I receive certified mail on a monthly basis saying that they haven't received the payment. If they wouldn't apply it to other peoples account it would be on time!!! They are complete idiots if you can go somewhere else I strongly advise it
