Brought my Lexus in to be serviced due to warning signs that came on, sat in lobby and waited 2 hours. When the car was finished I was told there was no problems found with any leaks or pressure issues. The next day I found that my car had a massive oil leak. I called the lexus service and they refused to own up to the oversight of not seeing the leak and allowing me to drive my vehicle 15 miles back home under these severe conditions or would they pay for my car to be towed back to the dealership. I contacted the owner Perry Watson IV who was very nice and understanding, He did not approve for his dealership to pay for my tow but I believe he was instrumental of making sure my car was repaired properly. After my car was repaired and I will add they did a fantastic job, my car is running great. It was found that my oil cooling cord leaked and it was found to be a common problem and there had been an extended warranty that expired in Feb 2018. I was told to call Corp and see if they would still honor it. I called Corp and they refused to honor the warranty. Of course this was very disheartening, after being told Corp could possibly help but didn t. I m given Lexus a 3 because I am very satisfied with the repair work but unhappy with the service I received, especially with Lindsey Tor at the Corp office because she was not very nice. She became very snappy with me and was very blunt about Lexus not making any considerations.
