I would give it 5 stars because the service and people that work there are exceptional. We stayed on the 17th floor and had club access which was awesome and way worth it! We have a baby and need cold milk so they brought us up a mini fridge right away when we asked!

The only downside in my opinion was the $58 for overnight parking and $18 for a margarita at the bar was too rich for my blood!
