I give this "Spa" a "POOR" quality of service. I have to say that even after speaking via email with the owner about the worst haircut I have ever received by one of her "master stylists," then going back 2 more times within a 10 day period to correct the cut just recently, it became apparent that the owner, Denise Dubois, is not interested in making her customers happy and satisfied. What is most important to her is money. The hair salon manager, Ellie, saw my hair and said, "it is choppy... just go through the growing pains." WHAT????? I went to her to get a short haircut in order to correct the problem. It is very sad when an owner simply allows this type of behavior from her staff to occur. I've been at the salon/spa for other services, which I would give a "Good" quality review to. However, this was awful and I would say as some other prior clients have told me, STAY AWAY FROM COMPLEXIONS!!! The picture of me was taken minutes after an amazing haircut, which was done with care, lots of time was allotted (other than the 45 minutes complexions allows for a haircut) at JEAN PAUL SPA. The master stylist at Jean Paul did not tell me to "go through the growing pains," she simply consulted with me and gave me this awesome cut!!!!
