If I could give negative stars I would this place is full of liars and thieves they took our ther girls based on a neighbor's hatred of dogs the said my girls bit someone which was false then changed it up and said the bit something again false,when we went to get them they told us don't sign the bond because they were going to re evaluate the numbers,we were promised a hearing or a court date and got nothing the supervisor posed as the director and lied to me and my wife, we have statements from the entire neighborhood our girls was dragged out of our yard private property, one of which was a service dog (water rescue) the other one listened In West valley and one that was not these were two puppies and the mother all females that were well trained and fully under our control when present, this so called NO KILL SHELTER LOOKED ME STRAIGHT IN THE FACE AND SAID "WE PUT YOUR DOGS DOWN" they had no rhyme or reason,and definitely no court or judge backing they KILLED THREE INNOCENT DOGS, FOR NOTHING, OR DID THEY SALE THEM FOR PROFIT, WE HAVE SINCE BEEN GIVEN, A BILL FOR 5,000 AND STILL NO CITATIONS, WEST VALLEY ANIMAL SERVICES IS DEFINETLY A KILL SHELTER JUST LOOK AT THE CAT THEY TRIED TO KILL TWICE.
WEST VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER THINKS THIS WILL GO AWAY NOT UNTILL THERE STAFF HAS BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
SO FEEL FREE TO TAKE THIER PERSONAL PETS AND DO AS YOU PLEASE. JUST DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM DEAD.
