I'd give four stars for location and the area.

The service was ok in parts but rooms were not great. We found a lizard and then leaky ceiling.

First day staff was kind and helpful. When we told them about the lizard the promptly changed the room, offered help with luggage etc.

Next day when we reported the leak, they didn't help us much. A repair person was sent which took hours. The staff at the front desk didn't seem much concerned when it was brought to her.
