Well, I write reviews, and I certainly read others' too. And the reviews about Carillon are definitely not tender ... My tournedos on the other hand are! I didn't sleep here so can't judge the hotel section, but restaurant technically I was satisfied. The service was constantly present on the terrace, friendly and smiling. My tournedos was delicious and nicely seasoned. However, it would have been even better if it had been finished with some warm vegetables and steakhouse fries, or perhaps baked potatoes? The simple French fries and farmer's lettuce didn't do the piece of meat justice, but it wasn't dirty either. It has tasted me and the amount was not that bad, this is not an expensive thing in my eyes. Thank you team Carillon! I'm satisfied
