Huge airport! Departure and baggage area is well planned. I checked out in around 20 min. Outside there are marked area for bus and taxis.
If you're visiting Kolkata for the first time you've to deal with huge traffic jams. My bus took more than 2 hrs to reach Howrah station from airport.
