They're very kind and helpful, no matter which department/area you visit. For your pet's health it's important to have them spayed/neutered and vaccinated. They're EXTREMELY affordable!! If your pet(s) has/have previously received vaccinations from them then they will tell you at your clinic visit what vaccines are currently needed so that you don't have to worry about guessing or trying to keep track of what to get and they answer any questions about required and optional vaccines. They don't replace taking your pet(s) to a veterinarian, which is important to have annual check-ups with, but they save you money and give you a very basic view of your pet's health (weight, temperature, etc). The only downside is that I didn't see any area outside designated for pets to go to the bathroom. The only areas I saw were locked and for staff only. Luckily my dogs are trained to go to the bathroom on rocks/gravel and as a responsible pet owner I carry multiple poo bags wherever we go. I think that's the only complaint I have. I constantly highly recommend people to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona if you're looking to add a lifelong pet/family member to your family and to definitely get your pet's vaccinations there as well as getting your pet(s) spayed/neutered and microchipped there.
