The scheduling staff is going to ruin this place for the caring nurses and doctors. They are impossible to deal with. They are rude, unhelpful, and annoying. I almost always make my appointments 6 months out so that I don't have a scheduling conflict with our busy schedules. They recently cancelled and appointment and then threatened to charge us for that appointment if we don't reschedule. Meanwhile the office is CLOSED that day! Why I was able to make an appointmemt for a day they were closed to begin with is beyond me! Not to mention... I called the day before that ridiculous threat to try to schedule something. And the lady (whose accent was so difficult for me to ubderstand) was so frustrating I hung up. I specifically told her what days I could do and she insisted on offering me random days. THEN I told her I work until 4 on a day that I told her to begin with that wouldn't work and she was indignant that I couldn't get there for 415. Um, first of all... I understand that they may be dealing with a whole lot of people who don't work but I can't leave work at 4 go all the way home to get my kids and come all the way back to Allentown in 15 minutes.
