I was in this store pursuing dresses when I overheard a sales lady belittling a woman looking for a plus size dress. It was the most heart wrenching thing to watch the excited bride to be's face drop. The sales lady went as far as suggesting a personal trainer to this woman. The sales lady lacked kindness, professionalism and basic empathy. I walked out of this store immediately and will never shop here again. I will also make sure to share my experience with my sister who is a popular wedding photographer so she can ensure that the brides she work with do not have the same experience.
