My wife and I generated a quote a month in advance, and were given notice via email confirmation that someone named John would be at our apartment to view our apartment content so that he could better understand the cost of it all. John never showed up, and I called their office to see if anyone was going to come take a look at everything. I was told that there was some sort of mistake, and that they did not have my address. So...why not ask us for that, when the appointment was already confirmed via email? Either way, on August 20th, John emailed my wife informing her that Friday, August 31st was a possibility. My wife asked if September 1st was also doable, and John said he'd find out and return her call. This return call never happened, and they stopped returning phone calls and messages until August 27th, in which they told us they could no longer help us until the second week of September. I'd steer clear of this company and pursue a business more organized and savvy.
