I recently used these solicitors and others locally to get a feel for a case.
I did like what the solicitor had to say, however I don't feel I got value for money compared to other local solicitors, especially as they don't have a fixed introduction fee and go off on tangents and charge you for the privilege.

They did the job, however problematic. Such a well established solicitor I expected a better and smoother service.

I recently called for a quote on a will and powers of attorney for my husband and myself, and she explained everything quickly and succinctly but still with attention to detail, telling me about extra third party charges that other solicitors I called didn't mention, and was so warm as well. A credit to the company. I emailed her boss telling him how well she did, but haven't heard anything back - I hope she gets the credit and the recognition she deserves, because she is an asset to them.
