We got there at 1230 AM. Stood in the line for quite some time as there were only 2 staff. At 1AM both of them announced that the computer system was updating or something, so for about 10 minutes they couldn't do anything. At that time the queue had not moved forward a bit since we got there. Finally one more staff came in and the queue started moving. By the time we had done our rental it was already around 1:30AM.

I've been a Dollar customer for a really long time. The inefficiency has always not been improved. I hope staff who work at the counter would be more understanding that people who go to rent their car have most likely had flown for 10,15 hours or so plus jet lags. PLEASE, don't update your system regularly at 1AM..
