OXVZ OXVZ Review of Citadel Azur Resort
There were problems when checking into the hotel. ...
There were problems when checking into the hotel. Arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning and was checked into the room only at 14.00
There are no beaches for normal swimming, sand is only on land, sharp karalls begin at the entrance to the water, there are many sea urchins right next to the shore, see photo, twice a day ebb and flow.
The rooms are dirty. are far from the reception, you have to take a hotel bus without windows and doors with wooden seats, or go 1-2 km. in order to have breakfast or dinner. You cannot dine in the main restaurant, you can only in others.
There are always a lot of people in restaurants, nowhere to sit. Not enough cutlery.
The hotel is located far from Hurghada, taking advantage of this the prices for goods in the shops at the hotel are 3-5 times overpriced.
The hotel is undergoing partial renovation.
DO NOT ADVISE THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
Especially with children if someone is traveling.
The hotel is a maximum of 4 stars.
I read good reviews and am surprised that there are even people who like this hotel.
The staff is friendly, but the rest is all terrible ... a good review can only be left by the person who has not really rested in good hotels. Or writes a good review for advertising.
I have an operator Te ... Tou ... I asked the guide to change this hotel to a more expensive one with a surcharge, but according to the guide, there are no places in one hotel.
He also asked me to change my room, there is nothing for a room in the third or second (first under repair) building either .... The rooms require repair ... the air conditioner is noisy, the plastic card that opens the lock in the room is constantly buggy (changed many times), the refrigerator in the room does not freeze, the drinks are warm.
And stuff like that. Free WI-FI only at the reception (very slow), in the lobby, and next to + -50 meters.
WI-FI in the room $ 7 per day. By the way, there is a beach with sand measuring 10 by 10 meters + - no more. always busy. (paddling pool).
