We were visiting Carlisle Bay on a yacht. The bay itself is great for snorkeling. I went along the rocks to the right of the beach as you look out to sea. We arranged to have lunch at Indigo On The Beach. The resort was not at capacity so we're allowed to book a table. The setting is lovely. Open front to the restaurant looking out over the bay. A colonial feel to the design. Full round timber construction and wood timber ceiling all painted white with varnished floors and hardwood chairs. The food was well presented and the quality of ingredients was very high. Dishes were simple and tasty. Service was first class to say the very least. We were welcomed in wearing normal day to day beach clothes. The pool area looked very comfortable. A luxury meal for us. A meal for 4 cost $250 with some beers and wine. Unfortunately this was our last day on the yacht so we caught a taxi from the hotel back to the airport for $56 dollars.
