Don't join monthly - they con you. I joined on a monthly membership to find it is a 3 month minimum - this is not explained, it is hidden in the terms and conditions. When I requested to cancel, they argue the agreement is that you pay at least 3 direct debits dismissing the fact I paid an initial payment for 1 months and 5 days. They extended the contract due to the COVID freeze meaning they wouldn't let me leave my contract when I should have been able to. They use DFC Finance as the direct debit finance company and they are bullies.
