Terrible. Cant even understand the lady who speaks on the phone for them. Worst customer service in any court system I have ever worked in, in either the State of Ohio or Florida. THE WORST. Incredibly rude. Hung up on me after SHE CALLED ME. Angry on the phone. Wont be taking any cases in Broward County SPECIFICALLY because of the lady who runs the show in the Clerk of Courts. What a joke.
