The recruitment process is less than professional. I have had 3 seperate recruiters call me, interview me and never follow up beyond that. They all say the same thing when I make them aware of their peer behaviors and unfortunately from recruiter to recruiter there is no change. If you want retail candidates, you must respect those who are career retailers with numerous networking candidates as well. Their practices seem unprofessional and adolescent within the buisness. Recruiting is about building relationships, even if the candidate is not what you are looking for. Please revist your approach to recruiting and follow up. A simple no would have sufficed.
