Needed to use the ER as I was in terrible pain. Amazing experience! I have been in ER's with other family members, and I dreaded to go through the same hellish wait. What a surprise! This place is fabulous! From the initial check-in until I was finally discharged, the staff were absolute angels- attentive, caring, and professional. The place was clean and comfortable. I was being taken care of within 15 minutes of my arrival. If anyone needs to choose a hospital in Queens, this is the one that I would recommend.
